The King's Chambermaid

On screen

A stone castle hosting seven days of Harvest Court keeps its king in a marriage of politics, not affection. Each morning a servant from the kitchens arrives to dress him, sent by the queen herself. She moves slowly and fumbles his ring, and a courtier lunges at her. A royal threat halts him. For a year she has studied him from below stairs. He wants warmth; she wants more than one night.

How bold it gets

Lingering touches while dressing and a midnight meeting behind a locked door. Romantic and suggestive, with almost nothing explicit in the first two.
