One Bed With My Roommate

On screen

A small rented apartment, breakfast on the kitchen counter every morning, is home to Ren and Yama. He makes the coffee, she catches him staring and lets it go, and he almost tells her something and backs off. Then the front door opens on Mira, Yama's best friend, with bags and news that Dorian dumped her and threw her out. Ren was let go that morning, so paying his part of the rent is suddenly impossible. Mira wants a room; Yama wants Ren.

Episode by episode

1. Ep. 1Almost saying itno account

Morning in the kitchen: Yama asks if the coffee is for her, and Ren says it always is. She catches him staring and he blames the toast. She calls him the best roommate and admits they might be too good at it. He starts to tell her something, drops it, and the door swings open on Mira.

2. Ep. 2Three ways on the rentfree account

With bags at her feet, Mira explains she has nowhere to go. Ren admits he lost his job, and Yama sees that splitting the rent three ways keeps the apartment. Mira claims the big closet within minutes, spots that Yama likes Ren, and proposes a bet: both go after him, and he can never know it was a game.
