A suburban house where the front door is left open for a nine o'clock visitor and both of Jake's hands are broken. His wife, leaving for work, jokes that the agency is sending someone in her sixties, so there is nobody to flirt with. Jake can barely do anything for himself. Mila arrives, very much not sixty, and goes off to change into something more appropriate. She wants to give her special patient special treatment.

Mila lets herself in, asks if he is her patient, and teases him about not being sixty. She swaps outfits down the corridor, checks him over, and promises her special patient special treatment.

   Mid-examination, his wife phones for a report on the nurse. Jake says she is very thorough. The wife promises to be home by seven. He reminds Mila of the ring he cannot wear in a cast; she shrugs it off and notes how long they have until seven. Complaining she needs a better angle, she climbs closer and shows what special treatment meant.
