A family home, then a glittering gala in a ballroom. Amanda Langford's husband cannot leave the office, and she will not enter the party on her own. She finds her stepson, a man in his twenties who has just finished a gaming session, and tells him to put on his father's suit. At the party everyone takes them for a married couple. He wants to play along and go home; she wants the night to keep going.

   At home Amanda hears her husband cannot make it and orders her stepson into a suit. At the gala, guests ask how long they have been together; she says two years and calls him husband. He reminds her that he is her stepson, and she answers not tonight. Later, at the hotel room his father booked, she invites him in.

2. Ep. 2Untie the dressfree account

   In the hotel room Amanda tells him to keep pretending, since he was good at it. He says they cannot. She points out that his eyes said otherwise all night. She removes a gift his father gave her and says she is not his wife tonight. She asks him to untie her dress, as husbands do, and he hesitates.
