On screen

A family backyard with a grill heating up is where Jake meets his new stepmother. His father introduces her as Mia. Jake recognizes her as Cherry, the dancer who performed for him at his friend Tyler's bachelor party in Vegas, and he remembers a small tattoo on her left hip. Mia insists he has her confused with someone. His father notices nothing. Tyler is already asking to come over on Saturday.

Ep. 1Cherry from Vegasno account
In the yard the father introduces Mia, and Jake greets her by her stage name. She claims she gets mistaken a lot. Once the father is at the grill, Jake describes the tattoo, and she demands his terms. Tyler phones, eager to meet her. Mia offers a deal: silence for one last dance, midnight, in the living room.
Ep. 2Ten minutes, no handsfree account
The father is in the shower, and Mia says they have ten minutes and the Vegas rules still apply: no hands. She admits she did not expect him to remember her. He says he never forgot her face. How bold it gets

A lap dance in the family living room, with a no-touching rule and the father upstairs. The sources stop at the move toward a private room, so the bolder part is implied.

Still open after episode 2

Tyler's Saturday visit could expose Mia, and whether Jake keeps her secret or uses it is the tension the later episodes inherit.

Names you will hear: Jake, Mia and Tyler.
