My Stepmom Mia Malkova Needs a Date

On screen

A quiet family house on a Friday evening, with walls thin enough to carry a phone call from one room into the next. Mia Malkova plays the stepmother, dressed up in red for a dinner with her husband that falls through because he is working all night. His adult son, who once had her posters on his bedroom wall, is home too. He wants to keep his crush to himself; she wants him to stop pretending he has none.

Episode by episode

1. Ep. 1Overheard through the wallno account

The hallway comes first: she stands there in the red dress and tells him dinner is off and his father is at work until morning. Back in his room he calls a friend and admits she is hot, a little too loudly. She hears every word, wonders aloud if he has looked closely enough at the dress, and waves him toward her bedroom door.

2. Ep. 2Help with the brafree account

Inside her room she brings up the phone call and wants to know if he lied. He stammers that she is his stepmother, and she hushes him. She turns her back and asks for help with her bra instead of more staring. He worries his father could walk in; she answers that the husband gets no say tonight.

How bold it gets

Mostly talk and teasing at first, then the dress and the bra come off and the second episode leaves the two of them alone in her bedroom, nothing shown in detail.
