On screen

A rented apartment with an eviction notice on the door giving Jake until Friday. He is out of work, has nothing saved and owes three months. His landlady Vanessa arrives, not really for the money, and offers to settle it another way. Her daughter Mia lives in the same building and quickly notices the new tenant. Jake wants a roof; Vanessa wants him; Mia wants leverage over both of them.

Episode by episode

Ep. 1Notice on the doorno account
At his door, Vanessa tells Jake they need to talk about how he will pay. She can have him removed by Friday or the two of them can work something else out, which she calls rent. One month is cleared, and she says she will see him the same time next week. Then Mia introduces herself, guesses the deal and offers silence for the same.
Ep. 2Two collectorsfree account
New terms come from Mia: her mother has been taken care of, and now it is her turn. Jake calls it insane, and she reminds him that one word to her mother ends everything. He dodges both women all week and claims the texts are spam. Then, with her mother downstairs, Mia tells him to keep quiet and pay up.
